Exercise calories? How to Figure?

Hello. I shoveled snow for about 40 minutes today. How do I log the calories for THAT exercise? It is not in the database. It was not heavy snow, but there was a lot and I did an extensive area. On my Fitbit Dashboard, I logged snow shoveling at 100 calories, but I really have no idea.
