Racquetball and weight training

Was wondering if anyone played racquetball and does weight training also??

I found out recently that I love to play racquetball... happened suddenly, now I can't stop haha. I get plenty of cardio that way but would like to do some weight training to build muscle also. Does anyone who does this have recommendations of what exercises are good for both overall muscle building and improving racquetball skills?

Also, in a 54 minute work out my heart rate monitor says I burn around 615 calories. This seems extreme to me. Anyone wanna share their calories burned during roughly an hour game so I can compare?
