I've made accounts on myfitnesspal before, I've started logging my food and exercise, and I've dropped off every time. This time I'm determined to see this through. I'm fed up with being overweight and unhealthy. I actually lost 14lbs before the holidays but gained most of it back, but that gave me the motivation of knowing that I CAN do it if I really give it my all.
I am all for making new friends, so if anyone wants to add me feel free. If you want to know anything about me just ask!
