Hello, i am just starting my health change and need ideas for food choices. breakfast, lunch, dinner. my biggest problem is im not too big into veggies and i know i need to start eating them.

Make an account on Pinterest and put in search terms like chicken and rice or chili and beans.
You can manage to loose weight without eating vegetables as long as you eat fewer calories than you were eating before.0
