I recently accepted a 100 day fitness challenge. I am on day #6. My plan is to exercise at least 30 minutes every day at the YMCA. I have been alternating lifting weights and cardio. I would like to lose 15lbs in 15 weeks. I already feel much healthier with more energy. I'm excited to use my fitness pal to track my diet and physical activity. I would like any helpful or motivational tips people could share with me. Good luck to everyone on meeting their fitness goals! I would also like to train to run a 5K this summer.
