I'm currently 154 pounds, looking to be around 140. I have an athletic body type, I'm pear shaped, and just want to enhance my muscle and decrease fat. I have piyo, the p90xs, chelan extremes & Jillian micheals videos. I jut recently began to count my calories and take one I'm eating seriously therefore I know if I stick to something it will work. Has anyone had success using these videos that were around the weight I'm beginning at and lost weight? I'm leaning towards doing piyo because it's yoga and using your body weight for strengthening. Please help!

Hi! I was in th test group for Insanity Max:30 and lost a ton of weight. It doesn't translate directly but there were plenty of women in our group about your build who really shredded themselves down. PiYo is great too though. If you really want to get toned and defined and really cut it up, give Max a try. I have an accountability group here on MFP if you wanna see what some of the people are doing with it. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/101738-ignis-aurum-probat-fire-tests-gold
