    hard work burns fat, not pills. those are just hard on your heart and expensive for an overload of caffeine.

    Don't over-complicate the process or waste your money. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight.

    There are a lot of foods that will quell the appetite. Apples, nuts, water, coffee, etc. Just do a google search. Pills are bad mmm-kay

    There is no quick fix!
    What's wrong with eating the foods you love but at a deficit each day and moving more?
    It's slow but sure and the only thing that is sustainable.

    I'm glad all think the same :-). Eat healthy and excesize. How is the diet going after xmas peps?
