Don't over-complicate the process or waste your money. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight.0 -

There are a lot of foods that will quell the appetite. Apples, nuts, water, coffee, etc. Just do a google search. Pills are bad mmm-kay0

There is no quick fix!
What's wrong with eating the foods you love but at a deficit each day and moving more?
It's slow but sure and the only thing that is sustainable.0 -
