Another Newbie!

Hi all! My name is Christa. I've been on the weight loss/exercise bandwagon for years. Two years ago, I started running through the C25K plan and ran my first half marathon in Oct. 2008. Well in 2009, life got in the way and I gained 20 lbs and quit running. Now I think I am finally back in a place where I don't feel guilty putting myself first again and want to achieve my goals and help my family become healthier. I have 2 children, a son who will be 10 at the end of July and a daughter who is 4 1/2. My DH is a very busy guy and has always been active and my son takes after him. My DD I think is going to take after me so I want to instil healthy habits at an early age.
A friend at work introduced me to this site and it has a lot of great tools. I started the 30 Day Shred last Tuesday and got in 3 days last week. I want to consistently get in at least 4 days of structured exercise each week and would like to re-start the C25K program as well.
