I am in the mist of losing by cutting calories. Not really in the gym working out or any sort of cardio. But will be starting next month.

I managed to lose 4 pounds in a month.

However, I did notice that every time I eat carbs, or salty foods. I bloat ... which is normal I know. I bloat around stomach.

However, every time I eat those things my shoulder traps, upper back, neck and colar bone gets fat.

I feel my shoulders and I can feel my bone... I feel my neck and can feel my vanes and muscles, and I can also feel my collar bone... as it is becoming visible.

After eating though, those areas get fatty and gushy feeling. I have to dig a little deep to feel the bone. I know this sound weird... but why does this happen to those areas?

Tbh I would waste time worrying about fluctuations and where the water weight shows or doesnt show. If how your body looks matters as opposed to simply how much you weigh then id start some resistance training so you can protect the muscle underneath. That will make you look more toned and give you better shape.
