Failed to Sync Data with Server - Getting error all day with iPhone 6

edited November 2024 in Introduce Yourself
My data hasn't synced all day. I've tried rebooting the phone and no luck. Last sync was yesterday and I've tried several times today to start the sync manually but it errors our every time. Is there an issue you're aware of? Or is there something else I can try on my end?

Thanks

Yep same here - at least I know it's not my issue.

I don't understand what you mean by that, but it didn't sound nice.

  • Figured there was problem when it told me "light soup" wasn't in the database :-)

My suggestion is to check the appropriate forums.

This has been happening nonstop. I'm a new user and it is really turning me off. What is going on!?

Troubleshooting this at home: when I am using the app with my wifi on, it works fine. When I turn the wifi off on my iPhone 6, the data server fails and only saves locally. Why is it requiring a wifi connection!?

My LTE service is strong everywhere and I have no problems with any apps or service at all. Only MFP. Either it's fixed soon or I move on.

I am getting the same error message for the past 15 minutes. My wifi works perfectly and this is the only app having an issue

I'm having the same issue. I deleted the app and re-installed it, but I'm still getting the error message that it failed to syc data with the server. I have an Iphone6 with current updates.

Judging by the start date of this thread, I am going to guess that it seems to happen around this time each year. LOL. I am thinking it is the influx of new members with their resolutions.

Yep, it's the new years resolution crash. It is driving me crazy though.

You would be wrong in that assumption. Sure, there are more people on the site at the start of the new year, but they really screwed the pooch this time. Nice first impression for many new users. Take a bow, under armour

I am having the same problem. It is now March so could it really be the New Years Resolution excuse still?

It's not to do with what kind of phone you have. It's an MFP issue. I've been on here for 3 years and sometimes you can't log in for days on your phone. It's a pain in the butt!!

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. That's how I got mine to work.
