My husband and I are new!

Hi there! My husband Ryan and I just joined this week and are trying to lose 40 and 50 pounds respectively. So far it's been good- I'm finding fun, delicious low fat meals to make for us. We are struggling the most with exercise but have started a few videos at home. I am a member of a gym but feel embarrassed going until I lose some weight. I am 5'9.5 and 216 pounds starting out. Would love to make friends and share recipes and advice!
