Tell me about it, I fight hard to lose them and they don't want to stay off so I decided this is my body's happy weight and switched to maintenance.
A friend said why stress over a few pounds cos what difference would it make to my shape. It's just a number on the scale after all, so now I focus instead on how my clothes fit and how slim I feel and realise I really don't need to lose any more weight. Perhaps you don't either.
But if you do want to lose them, then it's about being much more accurate with tracking foods as inconsistencies matter, you must measure/weigh everything.
I've also found changing workouts work. I switch to circuit training from my usual jogging and strength routines.
All the best☺0 -
Patience and calorie deficit.
It really is a b**** to lose. Just weigh and log with precision. If you are petite, a bit of extra exercise may help - it did me.
Cheers, h.
Oh, have you recalculated your calorie intake lately? You may still be eating for 10 lb heavier.0
