6 can Tomato Vegetable Soup

As easy as can be, low calorie and delicious.

40 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Appetizers / Soups / Salads

Ingredients
1 2 cup can corn
1 2 cup can green beans
1 2 cup can red kidney beans
1 3.5 cup can crushed tomatoes
3 cups V-8 juice
1/2 cuo sauted onion
1 2 cup can chicken broth
1 tsp oregno
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder



Directions
Put all ingredients in large sauce pan, stur and cook on medium until flavors meld.
Makes 10 1 cup servings

    nutrition information?? looks like to sodium content might be a wee bit high... other than that - looks yummy... (after i substitute the chicken broth w/ vegetable broth) ;o)

    Yeah, sodium is around 585 gm.
