Calorie limits

Hi guys,
Ive had a suggestion made to me to change my calorie limits and would like some opinions on it. I was on 1350 a day. The suggestion was to reduce 5 days to 1200 (which is wat im on atm) and then the other 2 days 1700. It works out to be the same calories bur it means some days im stricter but other days i can afford to say have a roast dinner at mums and enjoy it a little more. Would really love some opinions on this idea. Thanks

    Many people follow a weekly goal rather than a daily goal. Just make sure you hit that 1200 to get all the nutrients you need.

    I was doing 1350 and was not losing weight a d now im 1200 to 1230 and have been losing weight . Try it and listen to ur body thats what i did trial and error ;) goodbluck
