Keep the snacks out of your house. That works for me. Filled my pantry with just fruits and veggies.0

If I know I'm just craving, I'll have a cup of green tea or a glass of water and that seems to do the trick, however if I really want to snack (somedays, you just do.) I'll do some baby carrots and hummus or celery and peanut butter. If you don't have the snacks, you won't be tempted to eat them.0
