Looking for exercises and new ideas to tackle the back of my legs and inner thighs. I've been doing tons of squats and lunges and while I have muscle built, I'm not satisfied. I want to tackle these problem areas so bad! Can anyone recommend some exercises for me?!?!?! I'm satisfied with every other part of my body... Just these 2 problem areas are being a real PITA! Thank you!

Goodmornings are what I do to isolate hamstrings; sumo deadlifts definitely give me some inner thigh work.

Straight leg deadlifts did wonders for my hams. Wide-stance leg presses are good for working the inner thigh. I'm going to assume you already know that working these areas won't make the slightest bit of aesthetic difference if there is fat covering those areas, though.

When you say you want to "tackle" these areas, what do you mean? Are you trying to make that area bigger, smaller, more defined, less defined, stronger, what?

I need more definition and toning. Bigger and more muscular. Less jiggly
