Simple Chocolate Pudding Recipe

I had cravings for chocolate in the twilight. I would find myself consuming 100's of empty calories in minutes. I know I am not alone, no one is ever alone!

This is a easy cheap recipe.

1 cup Chia seeds
3 cups Dark Chocolate almond Milk or regular chocolate milk.

Mix it well in a bowl and store in refrigerator for about 45 minutes and you have about 9-10 servings.

It has a certain texture, if you have a nice blender you could pulverize the Chia seeds to make the pudding more smooth. Also, it has a distinct taste, personally it's kind of addicting to me and stops the cravings. While it make my be the healthiest snack, it's loaded with fiber and calcium and all the other benefits of Chia seeds!
