Skin care regimen recommendations?

Hello,

I'm currently 28, and I'll be turning 29 in a few months. Since I'm getting close to 30, I figured it's time I change up my skin care routine.

Does anyone in their 30's - 40's have any recommendations for wrinkle and fine line preventatives? Or just recommendations in general? :)

Thanks!

I'm 54 and the best, most productive regimen I've ever begun was to start using SPF 50 every single day, all year. Yes, SPF 50, not 30. I use Image Skincare.

You have to decide: would you rather be tan now, but wrinkly & tired-looking later?

Or would you rather protect your looks now, and look Fab later, whereas all your friends are starting to "show it"?

Wish I'd started earlier, too. A wide-brim hat in the summer helps, too. And a nice eye cream. Start now.
  • I use Paula's Choice. Check it out.
  • As an RN and licensed esthetician, I've gotta say that taking EFA's - particularly a really good quality unrefined salmon oil - is really amazing for your skin. Far more so, in fact, than anything you could apply externally (unless you spend an excessive amount of time out in direct sunlight.)
