does anyone know why when you've been really strict over a few days and then weigh yourself you can find you've put weight on!!! yet after a bit of a binge you find you've lost weight. I find it very frustrating!!!!

Weight loss is not linear. Also try to stay as consistent as possible, less ups and downs that way.0
