Refining Macros

Hi there, have been on MFP for just short of 2 years and have successfully lost weight, and am now pretty much where I want to be. However, looking at my overall macros, I tend to always be over on Carbs and always short on Protein.

I would love to hear your ideas on low carb, high protein foods which I could use which will help me turn those macros around, whilst not piling on a whole heap of extra calories.

    Meat, fish, eggs, nuts, cheese.

    I have this problem sometimes (with making up extra protein). I've started using lentils a bit more which has helped with upping my fibre and protein.
