There is a sticky on the forums "so you'd like a nice stomach" which is worth a read. I found my belly fat was the last to go, but it did go.0

You can't spot reduce fat.
The only way for it to go is to create a calorie deficit, and fat will come off everywhere.

I've lost 53 lbs and it took about the last 10 lbs in conjunction with heavy lifting to see a significant difference. Just take it slow and have patience.0 -
