Cardio and strengthening your core (planks, side planks, side bends with Dumbbells, etc)0

Try downloading the 30 day fitness app from iTunes. It has loads of great strengthening and toning exercises which take only a few minutes. Combine that with cardio, like walking. Try buying a step counter and walking 10000 steps a day. X0

Planks are good, not losing weight too quickly is the only way though.0

Have you had anything other then belly fat to cause it? Things like surgery, pregnancies, muscle damage and genetics can all play a part in creating that overhang. You may want to keep that in mind because all of those things can effect your results and how you get there.
Also, keep in mind that it can look worse for a bit before it looks better because the skin needs time to shrink up if it can.0 -

You cannot sport reduce from any specific area, unfortunately. Planks and core-strengthening will not make any visible difference if there is still fat covering the muscles.
Maintain a reasonable calorie deficit while incorporating a strength training routing to preserve your lean muscle, and you will reduce body fat, including your trouble areas, even if it may mean your stomach goes down last.0 -
