what food should I eat?

Im new to this site and I have recently been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and insulin resistance so trying to find a meal diet
To help loose weight any advice or thoughts cuz with Crohn's I can't have a lot of fiber and insulin resistance I have to have high protein and carbs so ......
