cauliflower pizza crust question

For those of you who love cauliflower, do you actually enjoy the cauliflower crust pizzas?

I've seen a few posts mocking this type of recipe and they have made it get stuck in my head.

I love cauliflower. If I have it fresh I either eat it raw, or microwaved for a few minutes with maybe a bit of salt. For frozen I like to cook it for a little bit with some tomato sauce, maybe a bay leaf/garlic powder/oregano (frozen just doesn't hold up as good in texture so I don't enjoy it cooked by itself as much as I do from fresh).

I know a lot of people think cauliflower crust sounds sad, but to me it sounds like it might be delicious. Anyone had success and is this even worth trying?

I love it personally! I use cauliflower and egg white for my pizza crust. Turned out so yummy. Add low sugar sauce and turkey pepperoni.

I prefer this idea if you want a lower carb "pizza". I like cauliflower a lot, but it's not much of a crust.

I personally love the cauliflower crust. I make mine with a little cheese to make it super yummy. Cauliflower is my big favorite and there are a million ways to dupe recipes: pizza, alfredo, cheese bread, alfredo, mashed potatoes, alfredo... Yeah, that’s my new obsession.

thanks all! when I want pizza I just eat pizza, I eat a pretty good amount of calories so it's not so hard for me to fit in pizza, but I'm also always open to new food ideas, especially ones for foods that are some of my favorites. The chicken "crust" preparation sounds yummy too!
