4 weeks on MFP yo yo weight need advice please

Wow, I am so motivated to lose weight but right now I could cry. I am 5'1 and on a 1200 calorie a day allowance. My starting weight was 171 which quickly dropped to 167 then slowly gained back to 169. What is going on? I am journaling everything and exercising. I would love any feedback. :-( Please feel free to look at my food diary.

That's a tough one - your journal actually seems pretty similar to mine. I'm 5'1'' as well, and although I started at 180, I got stuck in the high 160's as well. o: My only advice is to make sure you're sticking as closely to 1300 as possible. I only partially eat back my exercise calories, but I generally only walk during the day, so I don't burn very much.0
