Ok well maybe I should chose a more positive title but that's really how I feel. I've been here so many times. I need to lose 15 pounds and at 40 it's becoming harder to maintain. I have 1200 calories a day and that is so discouraging for me. I need some examples of 1200 calories meal plan that work ( you are losing and you are not hungry all the time). I run 3x time of week, nothing too crazy but I must change my intensity soon as I ma registered for my 1st 1/2 in May. Any runners with good tips on food out there? Any of you would consider sharing there meal plan or examples of what you eat every day? Thanks!
