Protein cakes/muffins/ flat jakes

has any 1 got some good idea on how to make healthy protein cakes/muffins or flatjakes please x

    Assuming flatjacks are pancakes, typically you can take your favorite recipe and replace half the flour with protein powder and it will taste the same and have the same consistency. Cuts the carbs down a lot and ups the protein considerably. I find if I go more than half the texture isn't the same and less enjoyable and harder to keep from crumbling into a thousand bits during cooking.

    There is also a recipe where you can take some banana's and protein powder and form that into a pancake like thing that taste more akin to banana bread to me.

    I never thought of adding protein powder in cake, I'm super curious now. I love cake by itself, have it very rarely though. Sounds like its time to experiment. :relaxed:

    I just tried the Met RX pancake mix and I was surprised how good it was.
