The Mrs has to eat low fibre for a short time for medical reasons. What the heck can I feed her? Snacks are a particular concern. Thanks in advance.

canned or well-cooked vegetables or fruit, without skin or seeds

For snacks, things like beef jerky, cheese, eggs, crackers if they are not made from whole grain (like saltines, Ritz crackers, etc)0
