Hey Guys and Gals
I've always struggled with my weight, 180lbs being heaviest, but since having a baby and getting the implant I have gained so much weight and am currently at the heaviest weight I've ever been in my entire life 270lbs ( very disappointed with myself. I would like to loose minimum of 83lbs within 6months if poss. Any help appreciated so please add me if your In the same boat as me lol good luck

That is a highly aggressive goal. In six months, you should aim more for 25 to 50 pounds if you want to be successful.0

Advice:
1. Log accurately, even when it's not pretty
2. If you're at an aggressive goal (like if you set yourself to 2 lbs/week and sedentary) STEP DOWN to those calories so you don't get too hungry
3. Measure/weigh everything. If you don't have a scale, you will still be able to lose, but you are definitely eating more than you think you are. And no one is good at eyeballing.
4. Don't focus on hitting goals by X date. Just log every bite and the weight will come off when it comes off.0
