My name is Kat. I wasnt always this big but I suppose the husle and busle of college go run go lifestyle caught up to me. UnUnfortunately life has many strugglea I need to loose 50 pounds in a year any tips??

    You should be able to do this easily for a year! that's just a bit over 4lbs lose every month! You're in your way having started MFP and counting your calories! Good luck and Congrats!
