hi, I'm pretty new to this but would like to lose a steady 2lb a week for the next couple of months and love using MFP to help track it but would love some friends on here to spur me on, just ignore the rubbish selfie!!!

2lbs a week is a good goal same for me need to lose 150 so trying not to focus on the distance but keep a steady pace.0
