Ran my first 5k!!

So I did my first 5k with the American Heart Association in NY. It is an amazing experience. Whoever said running is addictive is compoletely correct.
There is a high in coming to the finish line.
I would never have been prepared if I hadn't been reading everyone's threads here.
So thanks to everyone who posted their experience as a learning tool for others like me.
The halfway 2013 point is way healthier than the halfway point in 2012
