Help!!! Need motivation to work out!

Hi, I'm aiming to lose 20lbs (5lbs a month) by April! I'm struggling to work out though! I always find and excuse or a way to avoid it. I have loads if exercise equipment including a treadmill and cross trainer (which are currently used for clothes storage) I even have a gym membership but I just don't think I'm a gym person. I really want to lose weight this time. But my workout motivation is just not there!! Any tips on how to start??

    I so hear you! It's cold where I am, but not sure how your weather is where you are but you can do outside activities if not. When working out at home do it during your tv time. Work out every commercial break. They're about 3-5 mins long ang if you work hard can really help but be over quick. As for the gym it helps if you find a gym that's close with a set up you like, get good gym music (something that reminders you of partying or having fun) and have a friend meet you there. I like Planet Fitness because they have the 30min circuit, ok music when I forget my earphones and my friends don't have to be a member since I am so I don't have to ask the same ppl to go. (I know it's a lot) hope I helped!
