New - time to change!

Hi - I am Debbie. I am currently 11 stone 4 pounds and would like (eventually) to get down to 9 stone (which is healthy for my height (5'2")). I already exercise about 3 hours a week but my diet is shocking and the main thing I need to do is start to understand food and nutrition. My breakfast is currently a can of red bull and a Mars bar so I have a long way to go. But I am happy, single with no children - I can focus on this and achieve my goals!!
