I love reading motivational sayings and quotes especially when I'm tempted to stray from what I know is right for me!! It helps me to focus on making good decisions and some even give me a much needed laugh I'm sure others could benefit from this so let's hear your favorite quote mine is from Peter Pan:

You don't need diet pills, slimming drinks or weight loss gadgets. All you need is running shoes, a sports bra and determination.
Run like you stole something!
Don't let the kitchen ruin what you really want.
