What is your current motivation for getting into shape? I think about thingsthat upset me in the gym so I have amazing workouts

Putting on some good music and just getting lost!0

focusing on my breathing and shutting everything out around me gets me through gym sessions. It becomes more like meditating haha.
I want to loose weight so I can have a nice body.0 -

Several things are motivating me. One is that I want to get rid of my stress and as my stress is caused by my job which I can't leave the only way to get rid of it is through my workouts. Another motivation is that I want to wear clothes that make me feel confident. And this summer I want to have the guts to go to the beach with my friends - I never go as I get anxiety attacks of everyone looking at me and laughing at me for how I look in swimsuit...0
