My progress so far

I started this journey last August or so. Since then I am down from 255 lbs to 177 this morning. I am in the mid 19's body fat % wise and couldn't feel better. I look and feel like a new person.

So, here's some pics to show you what eight months of really hard work can accomplish.

    amazing job what was your routine did you do a lot of cardio or heavy lifting or both and how did you have so much success with your mid section area any info would be great

    WOW....!!!! GREAT results. how difficult was it along the way, some days I feel like whats the use. Wondered: did you ever have days like that, days like you wanted to say the heck with it???
