i actually got a blender for christmas for smoothies for dinner/ Breakfast.
I use Morrisons frozen fruit - mixed (so helpful)
Kale, Pineapple, Soya milk, 1 protein scoop and Ice~
Its so refreshing.0 -
3/4 cup Kefir Plain
1/4 cup Blueberries
1-2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Scoops IsoPure vanilla Whey
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (carton)
1-2 handfuls raw spinach or kale
2 Tablespoons Avocado (makes it so creamy and keeps me full until lunch)0 -
My green machine keeps me going all morning (great for those who have active careers)
1 frozen banana
2 1/2 cups spinach
1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter (protein boost!)
& skim milk
Apx. 280 calories (depending on PBS brand)

2 handful spinach
1/2 Banana
1/2 Pear
1/2 Green Apple
Frozen pineapple
Raw ginger
1tsp linseeds
Water
And blast in my nutri ninja

Really good for mocha lovers/summertime:
8 oz chilled coffee
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard double rich chocolate whey
2-3 TBSP of half and half (or milk or whatever you want)
Ice to your discretion
Blend and enjoy!

6 oz of milk of choice (I prefer full fat, raw cow milk straight from the utter)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
3 ice cubes

I have had a cup of coffee. Two scoops protein powder 1/2 cup milk tablespoon of coco powder and stevia shakes the last few day. I just born it with ice. Almost like Starbucks and keeps me full. Yumm0
