A Big Help To Me

I'd like to share something that might be overlooked when starting out. It's something that helps me a lot.
Add an apple or orange to your mid morning routine. Of course they are low calorie but they also contain enough fiber to fill you up and push you past lunch time. With me, if I ever let my self get hungry I will eat like a vacuum cleaner and suck up everything in sight. But by adding a single piece of fruit I avoid that feeling of famine. Now, it might not help you, but it does me and I think it is worth a try.

Brilliant advice - I always add a banana to my plan porridge in the mornings. This keeps me going all morning and tastes wonderful0
