I have hit a weight loss plateau! How do I get past this and move forward with my weight loss? Also feel free to ad me as a fitness pal friend.

If you are on your last few pounds to lose your logging needs to be more precise. Do you weigh your food with a food scale? And also patience is key too. Weight loss really slows down when your are close to your goal. :)

    Back to basics:

    Measure
    Weigh
    Hydrate
Change up your gym routine- try something new

Keep doing what you are doing what you are doing and with a deficit it will come off... eventually, sadly your body is a child sometimes and does what it wants no matter how hard you try.
  • I've lost 20 pounds and am 15 away from my goal, I have been averaging a 2 pound weight loss a week, this plateau has been almost 2 weeks now. And no I have not been weighing my food, which is something I probably need to start doing.

2 weeks is not a plateau and yes it is time to get a scale. Accuracy is what will get you to your goal.

This is not a plateau, its a stall. Additionally, trying to lose 2 pounds a week with only 15 to go is not advisable, as you want to try to maintain as much lean tissue as possible.
With this little to lose, the weighing of food is going to become key.
