61 and counting down!

Hi Everyone! I am 61 and just started MFP on January 9th,2015. I am determined to loose 50 lbs and quite honestly have never been this heavy. Since my husband is disabled and needs to have someone home with him daily the pounds have just added on. I cook for something to do . Of course my husband never gains weight regardless of his food intake. I wish I had his motabolism! Anyway here I go. I exercise 1/2 hour per day on a stationary cycle. I started sit ups,( not as many as I hoped) ,and also thrusts and squats. Wish me luck !

    Best wishes!! Remember a calorie deficit is for weight loss and exercise is for health. You can do this!!
