Diary and how to change caliries burned

hi. I am new. 5 days on here. How do I change the calories I burn every day on mfp? And how do I make my diary available for everyone to read? I am also looking for mfp buddies. I am almost 52, married, in recovery and I work a physical job. I just need a little help to stay motivated and for when I start justifying n my head that its ok to eat sweets, to have tools to not give in. Thx and kudos to all of u!

    To change diary settings go to My Home and click Setting.

    And are you trying to set up MFP for setting up exercise/activity goals? If so, go to My Home and click Goals.

    I am also assuming you are doing this from your PC using MFP website.

    You can add me as a MFP friend.. Been here for about 4 months and I log in every day.

    Hi Gia. I am logging in to mfp from my iphone since it is always with me. I will send u a friend request. I am still learning my way around on here. Thx 4 ur suggestions, i will give it a try. I walked 2 miles on my treadmill and burned 300 calories but wasnt sure how to indicate it on mfp. Thx 4 ur help.
