I was wondering does 32grams of oats mixed with protein powder and a banana a good pre-workout meal?

  • I don't really do a pre-workout meal but I've heard good things about raising your insulin levels a bit (via simple carbs) to get an influx of glucose into your muscles before a lifting session.
