Hey all, just wanting to know what you guys know about adding calories without increasing salt and fat? Am finding the 'cleaner' I eat the harder it is to create too big of a calorie deficit. And then trying to correct that I am finding it hard not to blow my sodium and fat goals. Any suggestions for good calorie options?

Definitely eat more protein then. Just make sure not to cut fat too drastically.0

There's nothing wrong with fat if you're within your daily calorie limit. Salt is fine to limit, but the more fat you eat (within your calorie limit) then the happier you'll be. The macro balance that MFP gives you is based upon a more or less 'typical' north american diet, from what I see. I feel it's way too high on carbs and way too low on protein and fats. Eat more fat, don't worry about it.
Don't let fat be a boogeyman, it's not evil, it's just another food energy source. A very efficient, super tasty one, and often comes from exceedingly nutritionally dense food items. (nuts, seeds, avocado, meats, cheese, etc).0
