New MFP - motivation please

Hi All

2015 I've decided to be serious about MFP and to track EVERYTHING! Last year i lost 10lb and would like to lose another 10lb but to look more athletic - for no other reason but to feel good for myself and to have more active life.

STEP 1 - 5am alarm call each morning and hitting the gym before work for an hour
STEP 2 - TRX all set up in the garage, so core workout each evening
STEP 3 - trying for a dry January
STEP 4 - signed up for May 2015 tough mudder event

Based in the UK , feel free to friend me and motivate me for my goal to complete the tough mudder event in May!
