day 8!

Hi everyone! So I'm new to this. Day 6 on here day 8 of this drastic lifestyle change. I have a goal of 100lbs to loose. The first weigh in lost 10lbs (don't know how that happened) but a little about myself. . I'm a stay at home mom with 4 small kids. I have had 4 c-sections, so worried about that part of my stomach.

    Wow well done that's a great first loss. You will probably now lose 1 -2 lbs a week which is really healthy. Keep up the great work!

    When there is something, anything, that we choose to achieve , no matter what it is or how old we are, we CAN do it, we each have to find a way and commit to never giving up, to be is to do!
