Just picked a multi V for women, fish oil and B-12. Anything else I should be taking? Natural only please...no weight loss pills.

I'm doing those plus D and calcium.

There isn't really even good evidence to take a multivitamin, but it doesn't hurt and seems like cheap insurance. I take a multi and fish oil. Unless you have a lab that says you are deficient in something or have an established need, you are good.

I take a multi with iron always, and a b-complex vitamin my doctor told me to get, always.

While I was losing weight I made sure to get enough calcium, as I read that is a common one women forget to eat while losing weight.

so if you arent eating much calcium rich/fortified foods, I'd recommend a calcium plus vitamin D supplement.

Multi and fish oil seem to pretty much cover general gaps. Women often don't get enough calcium so you could look into what you are getting from your food. Some with SAD or anemia benefit from some extra D.

I take a multi, D-3 and B12 to help with chronic anemia, and high potency iron for that same anemia. Otherwise I would just do a multi and D (I live in the frozen north so SAD is pretty common).
