What do I do when I'm so hungry and I'm losing motivation?

Make better food choices, get a better bang for your calorie buck. You can eat a LOT of lean protein for the same calories as a small serving of rice or pasta. Use a food scale, read labels, and eat mindfully.
When I eat a stir fry for example, I only take a third of a serving of rice, but lots of the veggies and chicken (made with minimal oil!!)0 -

as OP has not provided any information about current intake, if she is restricting certain foods, trying to eat clean, how long dieting, etc..it is impossible to answer...0
