When do you know when you are at your goal? Mine changes... and has different parts.
Do you go by weight? Body Fat %? Size clothing? How you look? How you feel?
Pre-Babies (I have had two since 2010), I was a healthy, fit, active, attractive 175lb, 5'10 size 12. Had two babies in two years (highest weight 275ish), and settled around 215 while nursing my youngest. After I weaned her in Oct 2012, I started seeing drastic weight loss for a couple of months and since then slow and steady.
So here I am... currently 8lbs under my pre-pregnancy goal weight at 167 and a size 8 and around 24% BF. I never ever ever thought I would be this "small" and am seriously mind screwed about what my goal should be. I still have fluff on my tummy, but am seriously wondering how much is fat and how much is skin.
My next goal is 165lb or should that be 20% BF?... I've been very careful to life heavy three days a week while running 20-30 miles a week and have been successful at maintaining all of my lean muscle mass while losing the body fat (according to my gym calibrators)... I'm a goal/action person so feel the need to have them, but just not sure where is ends..
