I gained a lot of weight between college and my first job, and now I'm looking to go back into a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, and get fit. I never use to be much of an exercise people, but over the past year I've enjoyed going to the gym in the mornings and losing myself on the elliptical.
I'm bumping down my calories and uping my workouts so I can start losing some weight. I tend to lose some and then gain it back, so I want to stick with it.
I'm also trying out dietbet this month, which is definitely motivating me! Looking forward to meeting some new people!
